Free tier access is limited to 10 queries per day. Scraping, indexing, bulk harvesting, or running automated stress tests on our API gateways without acquiring a valid Enterprise API token is strictly prohibited. Violating these query parameters may result in immediate IP blockage.

4. Disclaimer of Statistical Liability

Statistical trade data, weights, and average unit value calculations provided on MerchTradetsDb are aggregated from open, national, and multinational repositories. While we implement advanced verification and validation normalization checks, we cannot guarantee 100% mathematical accuracy. Data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

5. Subscription Billings & Cancellation

Professional and Enterprise packages are charged on a monthly recurring basis. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your settings panel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case by our billing desk.
